1. Initial consultation
Professional Welcome’s City Manager will visit your home to discuss its potential on AirBnB, and we’ll establish a timeline together for getting it Guest-ready.
2. Home profile setup
We take care of creating a fabulous profile showcasing your home to potential Guests on AirBnB. We determine the best pricing, and establish the availability calendar to fit with your schedule.
3. Reservation management
We provide quick responses to all guest inquiries through AirBnB, and manage all the reservations that are ultimately made for your home.
4. Guest welcome
On the day of their arrival, we’re in touch with guests to greet them for their stay. We do a thorough walkthrough of the home, introducing them to all its unique quirks. We give pointers on the local neighbourhood, helping with details like parking, transit options, and nearby attractions.
5. Guest care
We remain on-call to guests for the duration of their stay, able to respond quickly to any questions or issues. We also generally follow up with them during their visit to make sure everything is going well.
6. Guest check-out
We take care of collecting the keys when guests leave, and do a walkthrough of the home to make sure they left it in good shape. We do a final follow-up communication with them to make sure they enjoyed their stay.
7. Cleaning
Our standard is to make everything shine. We make sure the home is returned to top shape after every Guest Visit.
8. Payments
AirBnB pays us once guests check in. We keep a 20% commission for doing all of the active management described above, and then pay you the rest.
9. General maintenance
In addition to the thorough cleaning between Guest Visits, we can also take care of other basic maintenance like watering the plants, collecting your mail, tightening loose doorknobs, replacing light bulbs, and so on. We can even facilitate other details like paying your rent or property taxes on time, depending on how hands-off you want to remain.
